We approach showcasing a vacation rental differently than a home for sale. You are investing in photos you’ll want to use for years to come. We take an especially great care in crafting them. We show not just the size of your space but also its atmosphere. Is your space cozy, elegant, plush or hippy? What would it be like to spend a day or two there as a guest? What amenities are you offering? What unique features your guests will find?

We craft our photos to the same magazine-quality standard you find in leading publications. Our Taku photographers are skilled in multiple-light photography – we typically bring 5 to 7 lights. These lights help make your house look brighter and remove any color cast. We also use outstanding optics for tack-sharp, beautiful pictures your renters will love.

Our pricing for vacation rentals is based on how long it takes us to craft and edit the photos, the experience and expertise that goes into making them, and how long the photos are used for. Prices are for a typical individual house or unit under 3,500 sq. ft. between Olympia and Seattle. For unusual, luxury, especially big or far properties, please contact us for a custom quote.

The price is for daylight photos. The photos may be any combination of interior photos, ground exterior photos and drone exterior photos.

The Matterport 3D virtual tour is hosted by Matterport, which charges a monthly hosting fee. Price includes tour hosting for 30 days, within which time we will transfer the tour to your account.
